1. What are the keychains made of?
Crafted from natural wood with a glass front and brass keychain, each icon is printed in high resolution and personalized on the back with premium vinyl. All saint imagery is uniquely sourced from Byzantine and pre-1800s works, and adheres to public domain or share-alike licensing
2. Can I personalize the keychain?
Yes! You can customize the back with a name, saint name, symbol, or short phrase. This makes every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
3. How do I choose the right size?
We offer small and large icon frames.
The small frame (1″ inch) is ideal for short names or phrases up to 8 letters.
The large frame (1.25″ inches) is recommended for longer names and phrases .
4. What charms can I add?
Each keychain includes a cross charm by default. You can add a second charm (for an additional cost) to make your piece even more personal—whether it’s an evil eye, heart, bird, or another meaningful symbol. The second charm is carefully chosen by the designer to reflect your story, while you select your preferred metal. Share a few details in the notes (like ‘a gift for a stylish grandma’) and we’ll create something truly special.
5. Are these keychains good for gifting?
Absolutely. Noima keychains are perfect for birthdays, name days, baptisms, holidays, or “just because ” whether it’s for someone you care or a gift to yourself. They also come in gift-ready packaging.
6. How long does customization take?
Since each piece is handmade, customization typically takes 2–4 business days, plus shipping time.
7. If I don't see my Saint in the shop, can I still order it?
Of course! Visit our ‘Request Custom Keychain’ section on the homepage and fill out the form. We’ll personally reach out to confirm your request and begin creating something meaningful just for you.
8. Can I customize this keychain for anything?
Absoulutely! Noima does focus on Icons but we understand that not everyone is named after a Saint and since our shop is about names and meaning, We can do any image. ie. if you want a keychain for someone with the name Sakura (japanese cherry blossom) after a flower, we can do that.
All you have to do is go the the shop > custom Keychain > and add what you like in your message and we’ll contact you to confirm that we can do it.
9. Do the designs fade over time?
Each keychain is delicate by design, but carefully reinforced for durability. The components are securely bonded, and the personalized vinyl detailing includes a protective coating to ensure it stays crisp and long-lasting.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is personalized, we cannot accept returns—but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to make it right.
12. Where do you Ship your product to?
We currently ship within Canada only.🇨🇦

We have two options for shipping:
Free Standard Shipping

- No tracking included
- Delivered to your mailbox or PO box
Express Shipping ($2.00)
- 2–3 business days
- Tracking included (sent via email)
- Delivered directly to your door

14. I live in an apartment — what should I include?
If you select Express Shipping, you must please include:
- Unit number
- Buzzer code
- Phone number
This helps ensure your order is delivered successfully without delays.

- Express Shipping: Tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships
